Controlled and repeatable manufacturing
High volume production is where small variations become expensive. FORMET runs repeat OEM programs in molded plastic, machined, forged and stamped metal, and assembled parts, with each program launched through PPAP and then held to the same control plan, inspection frequency and packaging from the first lot to the last.
FORMET supports the transition from approved design to production through process definition, tooling trials, dimensional validation and customer-specific PPAP requirements. Early quality planning helps identify risk before volume increases and establishes a documented baseline for repeat manufacturing.

Multi-cavity tooling, controlled molding parameters and planned secondary operations support consistent plastic-part production at scale. FORMET coordinates capacity, inspection and packaging around recurring OEM demand and defined delivery schedules.

For repeat metal programs, FORMET selects CNC machining, forging, stamping or a combined process based on geometry, volume and unit-cost objectives. Production is structured around stable tooling, in-process monitoring and repeatable inspection from the first lot through long-run supply.

Integrated assembly and secondary operations allow customers to source finished components instead of managing multiple suppliers. FORMET can coordinate insertion, fastening, joining, machining, finishing, inspection, labeling and packaging within the production program.

High-volume success depends on process stability, traceability and delivery performance, not simply production speed. FORMET uses defined inspection methods, production records and coordinated supply planning to support consistent output and reliable replenishment.

High Volume Production Programs
As a PPAP supplier, we launch each program with approved samples and a documented process before serial deliveries begin. High volume manufacturing then runs on dedicated tooling: high volume injection molding for plastic parts, high volume machining for turned and milled metal parts, and contract assembly when several components are delivered as one finished item. Output and quality are reviewed with every release, so the process stays stable over the years.
