Engineering First
Send us a drawing, a sample or a performance requirement. We review manufacturability (DFM), propose materials and define tolerances and inspection points before any tooling is cut, so cost and quality are designed in from the start.
Tooling built to your specification
Molds, dies, fixtures and thread-rolling tools are designed and built for your part, then proven out in sample runs with first-article inspection and dimensional reports before you commit to volume.
PPAP and production launch
Where your program requires it, we prepare PPAP documentation in the AIAG format – process flow, control plan, measurement results and material certificates – and release production only after your approval.
Consistent high-volume supply
Recurring orders run in our managed manufacturing network under control plans, in-process inspection and lot traceability, so production parts match the approved sample.
Door-to-door delivery
We handle export packaging, freight, customs clearance and delivery to your dock (DDP), and can hold safety stock to protect your line against supply interruptions.
One point of contact
Engineering questions, tooling status, quality documents and shipping updates come from a single point of contact in California, so your buyers and engineers are not chasing several suppliers for one part.
